M. 1/7/2018quite interesting how that little hit of white added a lot.
Moira 12/6/2017This little painting was inspiring. I would like to see more snow scenes with gouache and watercolour, if there are any in your stock pile.

Thank you.
Ute 7/28/2017love the simplicity
Bettyann 7/3/2017What a beautiful and easy technique. I can't wait to try it.
Arlette 6/23/2017The camera is too far away from the paper so it's hard to see what she's doing. She doesn't explain what gouache is.
Pamela 5/8/2017Great tip!
Sallie 4/25/2017Really good to have these quick tips from your favourite artists; the fact that it is just two minutes means it can be quite a guilty pleasure indulged!
Elaine 2/19/2017Just learnt a creative way to increase water effect but would like to compare different experiences with Titanium white and Chinese white in a same video. Love the format.

Diana 12/30/2016Wow! Amazed by simplicity.
Eileen 12/27/2016I love Jean Haines and would love to see more of her videos on Artists Network TV!
Betty 12/24/2016I like this technique, but not sure why at times it leaves snowflakes falling in straight lines sometimes. which is why I seldom choose to use it. If it's not done exactly right, it'll give you a very artificial effect. How to make the video better? Well, I think I'd want to know if there was a way to keep the snow looking a bit more natural. Otherwise, great video, great instructor!
